TREVOR BONAR
I began my career in law enforcement in 2011, and have been employed with the Bellevue Police Department since 2016. Prior to law enforcement, I served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman in the 3rd Infantry Division. Riding in the Police Unity Tour will be an honor and something I will never forget in my career. I will be riding for Officer Natalie Corona who was shot and killed as she responded to a traffic accident.

ALANNA BASS
I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and have been a police officer for 10 years. I have been employed with the city of Bellevue for 5 years. I completed the Police Unity Tour in 2015 and it is an experience I will never forget. It was an honor to ride in remembrance of an officer that gave the ultimate sacrifice. In 2020 I will be riding for Detective Deidre Mengedoht with the Louisville Metro Police Department. She was killed in the line of duty on Christmas Eve 2018 when her patrol vehicle was struck by an impaired driver during a traffic stop. Detective Mengedoht is survived by her young son.

CHAPTER IV
“We Ride For Those Who Died”
WHY WE RIDE
The primary purpose of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty and to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial and Museum. The Police Unity Tour continues to be the single largest supporter of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, as well as a founding partner in the National Law Enforcement Museum.
TRAINING
We will begin our 250-mile ride in Virginia’s Capitol City of Richmond, through the picturesque rolling hills of Charlottesville, winding through Warrenton, and finally into our Nation’s Capital, Washington, DC.
